What is the status of my order?
How long does it take to ship my order?
Metropolitan Region
Same Day :
- For select Santiago communes if you purchase before 12:00 p.m.
Up to 2 business days:
- For other participating communities in Santiago, if you purchase before 12:00 p.m.
Up to 10 business days:
- For orders of more than 50 units in participating municipalities.
Regions:
Valparaíso Region:
- If you purchase before Wednesday at 12:00 p.m., you'll receive your order on Saturday of the same week.
Other regions:
- Delivery time varies between 1 and 18 business days, depending on the courier and the destination commune.
